Pay rate is open depending on experience. All Entry, Mid and Sr. level will be considered. $20.00 - $45.00/hr with time and half after 40 hrs/ week worked. Quarterly bonus, 0-15% travel required, 401K along with potential signing bonus. Relocation is welcomed also.

Responsible to provide commissioning support to design and integrate controls software engineering for assigned projects. Program Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC's) as required. Execute software product design and commissioning of software machine functionality. Develop and integrate programming strategies and software design from functional specifications. Carry out engineering solutions and designs in compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer requirements, and project specifications.

Requires Bachelor Degree or educational equivalent. Hand on experience trumps education.

Candidate must have a minimum of 1 year experience in the position offered. Experience must include programming and commissioning of PLCs for automotive and or food processing&oil and gas component manufacturing applications.

• Coordination and checking of engineering deliverable.

Mechanical Designer

Twin Staffing is looking to identify a Mechanical Designer in the Greater Detroit area and throughout the Mid-west. Compensation package is open Depending on experience. (hourly rate).

The Mechanical Designer position has the responsibility of designing automated and manual fixtures for Body-In-White applications (Resistance Welding). All fixtures will be developed using 3D solid models with constraints. The designer must be able to create all CAD files to the customer standards including 3D models, layouts, details and bill of materials.

• Design custom fixtures with little direction from Leader
• Design complex tooling from scratch, including design clamps, stationary pin units, retractable pin units, slides ad dumps and compound units
• Read and interpret customer supplied information, including GD&T and weld files
• Able to Check 3D and 2D drawing packages
• Create Request for Wiring Diagrams (RWD’s) and generate supporting documentation
• Layout and detail of complex tooling
• Identify and point out non-preferred design practices and recommend solutions to others
• Create Bill of Materials (BOMs) for Manufacturing
• Understand tolerances and proper material uses
• Create component buyoff sheets
• Perform engineering calculations to verify design integrity
• Willing to assist and mentor team members
• Perform all other duties within capabilities, as assigned
• Some Travel is required, attending meetings at multiple sites (customer sites) to support installations

Our US Northern Pacific based client is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to join their organization.

The Chief Operating Officer manages the company’s day-to-day operations in support of established policies, procedures, goals, and objectives; provides leadership, strategic direction, and vision. This position also leads and manages all originators, developing new business relationships and expanding existing customers for the cultivation of mortgage loan production. Responsible for assigning sales objectives for the mortgage loan originators, setting production goals, and accomplishing those on an annual basis.
